Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English or Hindi, with the seat of arbitration in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. In the absence of mutual agreement on language, proceedings shall be conducted in English. The Arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India. For matters not subject to arbitration, including applications for interim or injunctive relief, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
